Tastes Like Popcorn


I roasted some butternut squash seeds. I picked the seeds out of the pulp, gave them a little rinse, and dried them out of a towel. Once they seemed sufficiently dry, I tossed them with some olive oil, salt & pepper. They were nice and toasty after about 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
